ConquerFocus ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

Account Information

When you use ConquerFocus, you create a display name. This display name is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) and is visible to other users on leaderboards.

Usage Data

We collect the following data to provide core app functionality:

• Focus session duration and completion status
• Coins earned and spent
• Territories conquered and game progress
• Streak and achievement data
• Leaderboard rankings

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (real name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Browsing history
• Photos, videos, or other media

2. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used solely to provide and improve the app experience:

• Saving and syncing your game progress across your devices via iCloud
• Displaying your ranking on global leaderboards
• Managing territory ownership on the shared world map
• Tracking achievements and trophies
• Processing in-app purchases through Apple's StoreKit

3. Data Storage & iCloud

ConquerFocus uses Apple CloudKit to store and sync your game data. Your data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not operate independent servers or databases. All game data is tied to your iCloud account.

4. Third-Party Services

ConquerFocus uses the following Apple services:

• Apple CloudKit — for data storage and synchronization
• Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app subscriptions

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data visible to other users is:

• Your display name
• Your leaderboard rankings (coins, territories, focus minutes)
• Your territory ownership on the world map
• Your trophies

6. Data Retention

Your game data is retained in iCloud as long as you have an active iCloud account and the app installed. If you delete the app, your iCloud data may persist in your iCloud account. You can manage your iCloud data through your device's Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

ConquerFocus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app requires an iCloud account, which is subject to Apple's age requirements.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the app's Profile section
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
• Manage your iCloud data through iOS Settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
